Responsibilities
- Develop security, compliance, and agentic capabilities aligned with the EU AI Act and GDPR.
- Co-design and govern least-privilege permissioning frameworks for internal agents.
- Own MDM, endpoint security, and identity and access management across internal systems.
- Lead incident response for security events involving agents or internal infrastructure.
- Build and harden secure agentic platform infrastructure, including sandboxes, credential vaults, and security checks in deployment pipelines.
- Design and run adversarial testing for prompt injection, privilege escalation, and data exfiltration, while maintaining AI-specific attack libraries and test cases.
- Brief leadership on emerging AI threats and translate them into practical mitigations.
- Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to implement engineering-led regulatory solutions.
Requirements
- Solid security engineering background with hands-on experience in penetration testing, threat modelling, or red teaming.
- Familiarity with AI and machine-learning attack surfaces, including prompt injection, data poisoning, model inversion, and indirect injection through documents or APIs.
- Practical experience designing and enforcing least-privilege architectures and identity and access management.
- Practical GDPR and DSGVO experience, including data classification and retention frameworks.
- Comfort with platform security, deployment pipelines, secrets management, sandbox environments, scripting, automation, and security tooling.
- Network security fundamentals and the ability to assess third-party providers and their work.
- Strong written communication, rigorous documentation, and collaborative partnership with engineering teams.
