Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Lead Salesforce customization and configuration using Apex, Visualforce, workflows, approval processes, objects, fields, sharing rules, layouts, record types, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop and manage Salesforce API integrations using REST/SOAP, OAuth, SSO, and JWT authentication.
- Optimize Salesforce Object Model usage, Governor Limits, system performance, and scalability.
- Oversee Salesforce deployments using CI/CD pipelines, version control, Salesforce DX, Scratch Orgs, and Unlocked Packages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver Salesforce projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and related modules, including solution design and deployment leadership.
- Expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities including Field Service, Case Management, Self Service, and Digital Engagement.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Territory Planning.
- Hands-on experience developing with Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, and Visualforce.
- Experience configuring Salesforce formulas, workflows, approval processes, custom objects and fields, sharing rules, page layouts, record types, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP, OAuth, SSO, JWT authentication, Platform Events, MuleSoft, and Boomi.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Scratch Orgs, Unlocked Packages, Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, and Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Object Model, Governor Limits, performance optimization, and automated testing frameworks.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, advanced integration patterns, middleware solutions, and large-scale Salesforce deployments.
- Desired bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Desired Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification.
