Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and troubleshoot custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, provide solutions, and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and help manage the team’s work.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their integration into project workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Data Analysis & Interpretation.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation, including evaluating complex datasets and deriving actionable insights.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile project management techniques.
- Ability to work with various programming languages and development tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to maintain system reliability and performance.
- 15 years of full-time education.
