Responsibilities
- Design and lead the architecture and development of an enterprise Pega case-management system from vision through production.
- Design the Pega Government Platform architecture and integrate it with external APIs and AWS.
- Implement Pega best practices, system improvements, and multiple Pega applications.
- Analyze current and future architecture, operating environments, functionality, and enhancements.
- Mentor teammates and help build a community of Pega practitioners.
- Work within Agile Scrum processes, including sprint planning, user story grooming, daily standups, and demos.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with low-code COTS platforms, including Pega, Appian, or ServiceNow.
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java and with developing APIs.
- Ability to work within an Agile team environment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Pega System Architect certification.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
