Responsibilities
- Design the Pega Government Platform architecture for an agency-wide enterprise case management solution.
- Lead the design, architecture, and development of multiple Pega applications from vision through production readiness.
- Integrate Pega applications with external APIs and implement the solution in Amazon Web Services.
- Identify and implement Pega best practices and system improvements.
- Analyze current architecture, operating environments, and future functionality needs.
- Mentor teammates and help build a community of Pega practitioners.
- Work within Agile teams using sprint planning, user story grooming, daily standups, and demos.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with low-code COTS platforms, including Pega, Appian, or ServiceNow.
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java and with developing APIs.
- Ability to work within an Agile team environment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Pega System Architect certification.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
