Base Salary
$135k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize APIs for HIFI’s financial infrastructure.
- Build and scale backend systems for transaction processing and reliability.
- Continuously improve system performance and resilience across services.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and business teams for end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in technical roadmap planning and manage projects from design to production.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Python.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams.
