Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation solutions using RPA, low-code, and AI technologies.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation and optimization opportunities.
- Build and maintain bots, workflows, integrations, and supporting applications across various systems.
- Support integration with enterprise platforms such as ERP and CRM systems.
- Contribute to scalable, reusable automation components and frameworks.
- Provide support, monitoring, and continuous improvement for existing automations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in unit, SIT, and UAT testing and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional international teams.
Requirements
- Experience developing RPA, low-code, or automation solutions using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms.
- Experience building automation solutions including bots, workflows, and integrations.
- Understanding of business-process automation and improvement.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage personal deliverables.
- Knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Preferred: exposure to SAP GUI, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, or automation of SAP processes.
- Preferred: familiarity with SAP BPA, Intelligent RPA, or Build Process Automation.
- Preferred: experience with API-based integrations including REST, OData, or web services.
- Preferred: exposure to AI-enabled automation, copilots, or intelligent decisioning.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to develop technical and consulting capabilities.
