Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered tools and applications for engineering use cases.
- Build and integrate Generative AI and AI-agent solutions.
- Work with data pipelines, analytics, and machine-learning workflows.
- Support AI model deployment and evaluation.
- Collaborate with global teams to improve engineering productivity.
- Contribute to software development, testing, and automation activities.
- Apply emerging AI, cloud, and DevOps technologies to engineering challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and a solid foundation in software engineering principles.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, or modern AI application development.
- Experience with Agents, Skills, and Knowledge-bases setup.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI-compatible APIs, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, container technologies, data processing, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI application lifecycle practices.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and collaborative software development workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Good English communication skills and ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Nice-to-have experience includes AI copilots, AI agents, chatbots, workflow automation, Azure AI, AWS, Google Cloud, enterprise AI platforms, DevOps, MLOps, LLMOps, software quality engineering, open-source projects, hackathons, or AI communities.
