Base Salary

$184k - $297k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and ship new features for core alerting and workflow capabilities using Go on Kubernetes across AWS and GCP.
  • Own complex product features from inception through delivery while collaborating with product management, UX design, and engineering.
  • Lead user experiences that surface critical insights, streamline troubleshooting, and reduce cognitive load during incidents.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn complex data into actionable visualizations and workflows.
  • Help maintain automated tests, tooling, and deployment infrastructure.
  • Mentor engineers through direct mentorship, program development, and engineering infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

  • Own projects independently or as a technical leader of a small team while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Experience working with large-scale distributed systems.
  • Fluency in a systems-level language such as Go, C++, Java, C#, or Rust.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, empathize with customers, learn complex domains, seek feedback, and work collaboratively.
