Base Salary
$135k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Assist with full life cycle implementations across planning, design, build, testing, training, deployment, and post-production support.
- Document business requirements, system designs, transformation goals, functional designs, process designs, scenarios, and workflows.
- Configure, install, and implement Oracle applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
- Create training materials and quick reference guides and conduct training for end users.
- Work with clients to assess current-state processes and define future-state processes based on business objectives.
- Define support procedures, deliver complex and time-sensitive projects, and meet targeted billing-hour utilization.
- Travel as needed, with expected travel of up to 40%.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field is required; a master's degree is a plus.
- At least four years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function serving cross-industry clients at a national level.
- At least four full life cycle implementations of Oracle.
- An industry-recognized professional certification is required.
- Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity applications.
- Experience installing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Applications and knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, meeting facilitation, technical writing, and client process-design skills.
