Base Salary
$169k - $226k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support full lifecycle Workday implementations through planning, design, build, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Document business requirements, system designs, and transformational goals.
- Configure Workday applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
- Create training materials and quick reference guides, and conduct end-user training.
- Work with senior client leaders to understand current-state processes and define future-state processes.
- Deliver complex, time-sensitive projects and meet targeted billing-hour utilization goals.
- Conduct client meetings and prepare technically oriented documentation.
- Travel to client sites as needed, up to 40%.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function serving cross-industry clients nationally.
- Minimum of 2 full lifecycle Workday implementations.
- Experience installing, configuring, and implementing Workday applications.
- Knowledge of Workday ERP, including Financials and SCM.
- Experience with ERP application integration and back-end data connectivity applications.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, meeting facilitation, and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to client sites on short notice.
- A master’s degree is preferred.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $169,280 to $226,412.
- Travel requirement of up to 40%, including travel to various client sites.
