Base Salary
$65k - $75k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, upgrade, and integrate software solutions in customer environments.
- Design and recommend system architectures and deployment models.
- Support system integration, databases, licensing, infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver administration and technical training to customers.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales engagements, including evaluations, proofs of concept, installations, and production support.
- Collaborate with engineering, support, and customer success teams on implementations.
- Participate in automation and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in system administration, software deployment, infrastructure support, or database administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with virtualized environments and knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact directly with customers.
- Ability to work across infrastructure, software, database, and cloud-related topics.
- Preferred qualifications include enterprise software deployment and support, automation platforms and workflow orchestration, Docker and Kubernetes, and customer-facing or consulting experience.
