Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define technical architecture for customer delivery programs.
- Integrate claims, enrollment, provider, authorization, and payment systems.
- Ensure compliance with architecture governance standards.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal product teams.
- Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvements, and emerging technologies.
- Create repeatable and reusable integration designs, processes, and code.
- Lead technical architecture conversations and solution discussions.
- Mentor technical staff and support inclusive, diverse teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business or technical field.
- 12+ years of relevant technology integration experience.
- 7+ years of experience in technical leadership roles.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare insurance domains, including Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or Commercial plans.
- Experience integrating healthcare EDI transactions such as 837, 834, 835, 270/271, 276/277, and 278 with core administration platforms.
- Experience architecting enterprise-wide software solutions and working in AWS cloud environments.
- Understanding of SQL, Core Java, Spring Boot, web services, XML, JSON, middleware, and CI/CD pipeline concepts.
- Experience with people management, mentorship, and technical leadership.
- Experience working in an onshore/offshore model.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, change-management, and customer-engagement skills.
- Experience with HealthEdge applications such as HealthRules Payor or GuidingCare is preferred.
