Responsibilities
- Act as a central technical leader across the Foundation group.

Requirements
- 10+ years of backend software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java and modern backend frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Demonstrated success as a Staff / Principal Engineer or equivalent.
- Experience designing large-scale, distributed systems.
- Exceptional ability to lead through collaboration and communication.
- Passion for mentoring engineers and raising technical standards.
- Ability to operate effectively across multiple teams and problem spaces.
- Interest in modern development practices, including AI-assisted tools.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical ideas.
