Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and expand Braze’s WhatsApp, LINE, and Kakao messaging channels.
- Develop features for message sending, analytics, subscription management, customer dashboards, and messaging-event processing.
- Improve system performance and resilience as systems scale.
- Contribute to key architectural decisions and architect new iterations of critical components.
- Collaborate with teammates, provide engineering guidance, and learn from colleagues.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Professional experience with Ruby, Rails, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq, React, or TypeScript is a bonus.
- Professional experience building distributed systems at scale is a bonus.
- Experience with agile processes is a bonus.
