Base Salary
$180k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate scalable backend services for Intelligent Document Processing and Context Grounding.
- Solve complex distributed systems problems while ensuring high availability and performance.
- Build AI-powered products using modern technologies like LLMs and retrieval systems.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Applied Scientists, and Designers to create production software.
- Take ownership of features from design through to production.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong backend engineering experience with distributed systems.
- Production experience with Python and/or C#.
- Experience designing scalable APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and software architecture.
