Responsibilities
- Test and validate wired networking protocols or Enterprise Wireless LAN.
- Apply knowledge of network security concepts in testing.
- Utilize cloud platforms for testing and validation purposes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues in production environments.
- Collaborate with development, QA, SRE, and support teams.
- Build or use AI and automation tools for debugging and log analysis.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in wired networking protocols or Enterprise Wireless LAN testing.
- Solid understanding of network security concepts such as AAA and VPN.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure services like DHCP and DNS.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
