Responsibilities
- Develop and implement custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- Automate business processes and workflows and integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services and third-party applications.
- Gather functional requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and usable according to agreed service levels.
- Provide technical support and training to users, pro-developers, and citizen developers.
- Identify and remediate technical issues, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.
- Use connectors to connect disparate systems and recommend APIs for applications without native connectors.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Power Platform and Microsoft 365 for process improvement.
- Contribute across all phases of the software development life cycle and help evaluate, develop, and implement company systems.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in enterprise automation or low-code/no-code platform development.
- Strong development experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with Common Data Service, data connectors, and APIs.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps ways of working.
- Experience with backlog management and JIRA, including translating between business and technical perspectives.
- Ability to apply value-driven prioritization and execution practices.
- Strong interest in automation technology and using technology to improve business productivity and efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to present content clearly and concisely.
