Responsibilities
- Build and maintain features across React frontends and server-side backends.
- Own problems end to end by scoping work, making technical decisions, and shipping with minimal hand-holding.
- Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into working software.
- Move across frontend, backend, and data concerns as project needs require.
- Use AI coding tools for prototyping, refactoring, testing, and shipping.
- Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and blockers to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Apply pragmatic judgment to legacy code and new builds.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a full-stack developer with hands-on server-side coding experience.
- Strong experience building with React.
- Extensive demonstrated experience using AI development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code in the build process.
- Ability to work independently, identify problems, and take initiative.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients and non-technical stakeholders.
- Breadth across multiple languages, frameworks, and tools, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology stacks.
- Preferred experience includes PHP, Angular, Vue, solution architecture, SQL or database work, business intelligence, e-commerce development, AWS, Azure, and working across developer, designer, architect, or technical lead responsibilities.
