
Nutanix Solutions Architect
Ingram MicroResponsibilities
- Manage pre-sales and post-sales technical support activities across the Nutanix portfolio.
- Build technical and commercial relationships with Nutanix and partner teams across Australia and New Zealand.
- Deliver technical enablement, workshops, training sessions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
- Provide Nutanix solution design, architecture, sizing, configuration, scoping, and quoting guidance.
- Assist partners with proposals, tenders, technical presentations, customer discovery, solution positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Assess customer environments and recommend solutions aligned with business and technical objectives.
- Support adoption of Nutanix cloud, virtualization, storage, data protection, and hybrid multicloud solutions.
- Provide technical escalation support and act as the technical conduit between Nutanix and the channel ecosystem.
- Collaborate with sales, vendor, and technical teams to support Nutanix revenue and growth opportunities.
- Maintain required Nutanix certifications and stay current with emerging technologies and platform enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and delivering infrastructure, virtualization, cloud, or hybrid multicloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise datacentre architecture, storage, compute, networking, and disaster recovery.
- Experience with Nutanix solutions including Acropolis Hypervisor, Nutanix Cloud Platform, Prism, and data protection technologies is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, or alternative hypervisors.
- Understanding of hybrid cloud and public cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Experience with infrastructure modernisation, workload migration, and business continuity solutions.
- Familiarity with containerisation and Kubernetes technologies, including Nutanix Kubernetes Platform, is advantageous.
- Experience conducting technical workshops, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and partner enablement activities.
- Strong troubleshooting, solution architecture, and technical consulting capabilities.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across sales, vendor, and technical teams.
- Relevant Nutanix, VMware, cloud, or infrastructure certifications are highly regarded.
