Responsibilities
- Define technical direction and engineering best practices across multiple projects.
- Design secure, scalable, and integrated enterprise solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical planning, and project estimation.
- Mentor engineers and elevate technical capabilities across teams.
- Drive code quality through code reviews, standards, and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot complex cross-platform and cross-technology challenges.
- Partner with project teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer solutions.
- Remain hands-on in development, technical decision-making, and solution delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions.
- Proven ability to design end-to-end architectures for large-scale applications.
- Expert-level Java/JEE development experience with strong coding skills.
- Deep expertise in microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and relational databases.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and influence architecture decisions.
- Experience with Agile development, test-driven development, code quality, and performance optimization.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
