Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions across customer experience and digital platform ecosystems.
- Drive API-first, microservices-based, cloud-native engineering practices.
- Design and evolve Customer Data Platform capabilities for customer insights, transaction analysis, behavioral analytics, and personalization.
- Build scalable applications using Java, .NET, Node.js, React, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Lead event-driven and composable architectures using Azure and/or AWS cloud services.
- Establish engineering excellence through automated testing, reliability engineering, performance optimization, and modern deployment practices.
- Champion AI-assisted development, automation tools, machine learning solutions, and intelligent search capabilities.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical strategy, and drive adoption of enterprise engineering standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with enterprise-scale application development and architecture leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience developing enterprise applications using Java, .NET, Node.js, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience building modern front-end applications using React, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing APIs and microservices architectures.
- Experience delivering cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS, or comparable cloud platforms.
- Experience with Kubernetes, containerization technologies, and modern deployment practices.
- Experience with Git-based source control platforms, including GitHub and/or Azure DevOps.
- Preferred experience designing and implementing Customer Data Platforms and customer intelligence solutions.
- Preferred experience with customer analytics, behavioral analysis, transaction data processing, personalization platforms, event-driven architecture, messaging platforms, and distributed systems.
- Preferred experience with AI, machine learning, generative AI, intelligent automation, enterprise search, recommendation, analytics, or decision-support platforms.
- Preferred experience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, observability, site reliability engineering, modernization, digital transformation, and performance engineering initiatives.
