Responsibilities
- Define enterprise integration architecture strategies, standards, patterns, and roadmaps.
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow Integration-Hub solutions, custom Spokes, and reusable integration frameworks.
- Architect secure and scalable integrations using APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, event-driven messaging, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Design and optimize ServiceNow MID Server architecture for secure cloud and on-premises communication.
- Establish API governance, integration standards, security controls, and lifecycle management practices.
- Design Data Stream Actions, ETL/ELT processes, and data movement strategies for operational and analytical workloads.
- Lead architecture reviews, evaluate emerging technologies and vendors, conduct proof-of-concepts, and develop technology roadmaps.
- Mentor engineers, architects, and technical teams while communicating with technical and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise architecture, integration architecture, software architecture, or related technology roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow Integration-Hub solutions and custom Spokes.
- Experience architecting integrations using REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, API design, API security, and API governance.
- Experience designing and supporting ServiceNow MID Server architecture.
- Experience implementing Data Stream Actions, ETL/ELT solutions, and enterprise data integration patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to lead architecture reviews, influence technical decisions, and communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Preferred experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, SAP, Azure services, MuleSoft, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Preferred experience with Databricks, modern cloud data platforms, Ansible Automation Platform, infrastructure automation, cloud-native architecture, hybrid integration platforms, and platform modernization.
- Experience in highly regulated environments with strong security and compliance requirements is preferred.
- Industry certifications in ServiceNow, Integration Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Azure, or related technologies are preferred.
