Responsibilities
- Contribute to solution, integration, and technical architecture design.
- Lead and mentor developers across multiple projects.
- Develop, test, and enhance enterprise software applications.
- Drive improvements across development and deployment practices.
- Prepare and review technical designs and project documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex cross-component and cross-technology issues.
- Support project planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions.
- Expert-level Java/JEE development experience with strong coding and unit testing skills.
- Experience designing enterprise applications using microservices, REST APIs, and distributed architectures.
- Deep expertise in Spring, Hibernate, relational databases, SQL, and messaging technologies.
- Experience with Agile development, test-driven development, performance tuning, and code quality practices.
- Proven ability to lead developers, mentor teams, and solve complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
