Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across enterprise applications and platform capabilities.
  • Build and maintain workflows, Flow Designer solutions, integrations, business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, portals, and custom applications.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, business analysts, and customers to translate requirements into technical designs and working solutions.
  • Participate in technical design, sprint planning, estimation, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
  • Contribute to code reviews, development standards, governance, continuous improvement, technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment artefacts.

Requirements

  • Active NV1 Security Clearance is required.
  • Australian citizenship and the ability to work in Australian Government and regulated customer environments are required.
  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience is required.
  • Experience with agile delivery teams and DevOps-based delivery practices is required.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer-facing requirements translation skills are required.
  • HRSD development, Employee Centre, Lifecycle Events, HR Case Management, CMDB, ITSM, CSM, Workflow Automation, government environments, and ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-HR, or CIS-ITSM are highly desirable.
