Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to identify goals and requirements for projects.
- Configure environments to meet customer requirements.
- Manage multiple client configuration or data management requests.
- Interpret client requests and communicate them to internal teams.
- Create business requirements documents outlining client needs.
- Partner with the account team to exceed client expectations.
- Identify areas for platform and product improvement.
- Analyze and import customer data, ensuring quality assurance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for customers and internal teams.
- Test new features and workflows in product releases.
- Contribute to internal resources and process improvements.
- Provide SEO, data modeling, and optimization guidance.
- Communicate status updates and potential risks to clients.
Requirements
- Preferred degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or similar.
- 2-4 years of experience in Software Implementation or client-facing roles.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Experience managing JIRA boards and tickets.
- Proficient in data analysis and manipulation with Excel.
- Familiarity with Agile ceremonies like scrum and sprint planning.
- Experience defining requirements and user stories.
- Effective interpersonal skills for communicating complex problems.
- Attention to detail and process-driven mindset.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Determination and perseverance in facing challenges.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Interest in technology and self-directed time management.
