Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automated onboarding, offboarding, and departmental transfer processes.
- Build and optimize complex, multi-step automation flows.
- Implement and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) models.
- Manage SSO and MFA configurations to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Develop custom scripts and API integrations to enhance IAM capabilities.
- Secure data access for data scientists and AI models while managing identity lifecycles.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, Ruby, or other scripting languages.
- Experience with automation and building event-driven flows.
- Comfortable working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and Webhooks.
- Experience using Terraform or GitHub for managing identity providers.
- Understanding of Zero Trust architecture and PAM tools.
- 5–8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, particularly with Okta.
