Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex systems and features.
- Improve team execution by refining processes and tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers.
- Contribute to engineering culture through mentorship and feedback.
- Work with technologies like TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Partner with Customer Care to understand advisor workflows.
Requirements
- Strong full stack engineering skills across frontend and backend.
- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and AWS.
- Ability to lead projects with cross-functional impact.
- Curiosity and a desire to improve systems and processes.
- Strong communication skills for articulating decisions and tradeoffs.
