Responsibilities
- Develop backend applications using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
- Build microservices and event-driven distributed architectures.
- Work with REST and SOAP web services, design patterns, concurrency frameworks, Kafka, Docker, and data structures/collections.
- Use Oracle and SQL databases and perform basic Python scripting.
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams to solve application development problems.
Requirements
- At least 7–10 years of hands-on application development experience.
- Strong experience with Core Java 11/17 and J2EE.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
- Experience building event-driven distributed architectures with microservices.
- Expertise with web services, design patterns, concurrency frameworks, Kafka, data structures/collections, and Docker.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle or SQL databases and Python scripting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred experience with WebSocket, Elasticsearch, OpenShift, Angular 14, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
