Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deliver, and improve scalable, maintainable, and secure software and automation solutions.
- Develop large-scale UiPath automations using RPA architecture and design patterns.
- Manage platform, orchestrator, assets, performance, version control, release management, monitoring, incident handling, and root-cause analysis.
- Integrate REST APIs, SOAP services, and web services.
- Work with infrastructure components including virtual machines, credential vaults, and Active Directory.
- Apply unit testing and secure coding practices to improve reliability and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver aligned solutions.
- Lead mid-size technical teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical communities and process improvements.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in UiPath and understanding of its platform, orchestrator, asset management, and performance management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of process automation, RPA architecture, and design patterns.
- Engineering experience with large-scale automations.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, and web services integration.
- Ability to apply existing RPA and machine learning knowledge to develop automations with other tools and in-house solutions.
- Experience with version control, release management, automation performance monitoring, incident handling, and root-cause analysis.
- Understanding of virtual machines, credential vaults, and Active Directory.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering.
- Working knowledge of Blue Prism and exposure to machine learning, OCR, AI, in-house automation tools, and service management are valued.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, team-leadership, and mentoring skills are valued.
