Base Salary
$120k - $149k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on AI-focused implementations, expansion projects, and established enterprise deployments.
- Design and orchestrate solutions spanning SensibleAI Forecast, Studio, Agents, Genesis Blocks, and the OneStream core platform.
- Collaborate with customers, Delivery, Engineering, Partners, Presales, Product, Customer Success, and finance and data teams.
- Create reusable demos, implementations, checklists, workflows, best practices, instructional videos, and internal standards.
- Diagnose and resolve field issues, document technical decisions and trade-offs, and provide structured guidance to Delivery and Partner teams.
- Harden solutions for production and communicate product gaps and field learnings into engineering and product roadmaps.
- Facilitate workshops and office hours and present technical concepts and business value to developers, sponsors, and executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- 0-2 years of software engineering experience focused on data science, AI, or machine learning concepts.
- 1-2 years of industry experience in applied artificial intelligence and/or machine learning.
- 1-3 years of experience delivering or implementing enterprise software solutions in FP&A, CPM, EPM, or data and AI platforms, including at least one year in customer-facing build roles.
- Demonstrated success contributing to proofs of concept or early implementations that transitioned to scaled rollouts or productized assets.
- Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, REST API, and identity and security fundamentals.
- Experience with Python and/or C#, automation, and packaging; familiarity with containerization is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value, work cross-functionally, design reusable solutions, and engage with management-level executives.
- Preferred qualifications include direct OneStream implementation experience, Genesis Blocks or Marketplace content development, and prior Forward Deployed Engineering experience.
