Responsibilities
- Shape the technical strategy of the Identity Security Fabric.
- Implement the four-pillar maturity model across fullstack ecosystems.
- Architect systems to discover and secure all agents, including 'Shadow AI'.
- Enforce secure access and least privilege for agents.
- Drive the adoption of AI-native development practices.
- Identify and prioritize tech debt and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to achieve desired customer outcomes.
- Invest in the growth of peer engineers and raise the technical bar.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of AI application across the software development lifecycle.
- Proven experience in defining scalable backend architectures and integrating complex APIs.
- Solid understanding of web authentication and authorization fundamentals.
- Expertise in building secure, enterprise-grade software using Java or a type-safe programming language.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend contributions.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, particularly on AWS.
