Base Salary
$79k - $124k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain configuration across Salesforce and the GTM tool ecosystem.
- Develop declarative automation and grow into light programmatic work over time.
- Support and troubleshoot integrations across the stack, including APIs.
- Own data quality work, including deduplication and migrations.
- Run UAT and testing for automations and enhancements.
- Manage users, permissions, and security configuration.
- Translate requirements into working solutions and documentation.
- Build and deploy agentic AI solutions to optimize workflows.
- Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to deliver changes.
Requirements
- 1 to 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration or configuration experience.
- Practical experience building declarative automation and managing users.
- Comfort with data work and understanding of record movement between systems.
- Exposure to QA/UAT and change deployment processes.
- Familiarity with integrations and APIs, with a willingness to learn.
- Strong build instinct and proactive communication skills.
- Genuine interest in using AI tooling for process improvement.
- Preferred: Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
