Responsibilities
- Perform security architecture reviews and threat modeling for AI/ML, Gen-AI, LLM-agent, RAG, and predictive-maintenance applications.
- Assess and mitigate AI-specific risks including prompt injection, jailbreaking, poisoning, data leakage, insecure output handling, and excessive agency.
- Build and run adversarial testing and AI red-team exercises, driving remediation with development teams.
- Secure ML supply chains and MLOps pipelines, including model provenance, training-data governance, dependencies, containers, and deployment across multi-cloud environments.
- Define guardrails, access controls, monitoring, and governance for LLM connectors, plugins, and third-party AI integrations.
- Build LLM-powered security tooling and AI/ML pipelines for incident triage, alert enrichment, anomaly detection, threat detection, and abuse or fraud detection.
- Integrate generative AI into SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability-management, and bug-bounty workflows with evaluation and human review.
- Partner with security, platform, cloud, DevOps, firmware, product, and data-science teams and participate in AI-security incident response.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s-level BE/BTech degree in CS, ECE, EEE, or equivalent, preferably from a top-tier institution with a strong academic record.
- At least 1 year of experience in security engineering, AI/ML engineering, or a closely related field, including professional, research, open-source, or CTF/red-team work.
- Strong hands-on Python programming skills and comfort with data pipelines, APIs, and AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, agentic frameworks, and AI-system attack methods.
- Familiarity with OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, or NIST AI RMF.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization, secrets management, network and application security, secure SDLC, cloud security, and ML fundamentals.
- Preferred qualifications include LLM or ML red teaming, penetration testing, LLM security automation, Anthropic/OpenAI/Bedrock/Vertex APIs, agent frameworks, SIEM/SOAR or SOC operations, IoT or embedded security, edge ML, AI-security research, open-source tooling, or AI bug-bounty work.
