Responsibilities

Design and deliver internal developer platforms that improve developer experience and accelerate software delivery.
Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Pulumi, or CDK.
Manage Kubernetes clusters including multi-tenancy, networking, RBAC, and cost controls.
Own CI/CD pipelines from source control and testing through security scanning, artifact management, and deployment.
Implement secrets management and certificate lifecycle automation using HashiCorp Vault or equivalent tools.
Embed SRE practices including SLOs, error budgets, runbooks, on-call design, and blameless post-mortems.
Design and test disaster-recovery strategies and integrate security and compliance controls into delivery pipelines.
Design and operate AI/ML infrastructure including GPU node pools, model-serving runtimes, vector databases, and MLOps pipelines.
Integrate LLM APIs and AI agent frameworks with developer platforms, including prompt management, observability, cost controls, and rate-limit guardrails.
Lead client discovery sessions and platform assessments, communicate technical trade-offs, coach client engineers, and produce documentation, ADRs, and runbooks.

Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider, with AWS preferred and GCP or Azure accepted.
Production experience with Kubernetes and familiarity with Helm, ArgoCD or Flux, Karpenter, Cilium, or similar ecosystem tools.
Strong infrastructure-as-code skills, with Terraform as the baseline.
Practical experience designing or operating CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Tekton.
Comfort working in Linux environments and writing automation in Python, Bash, or Go.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Client-focused consulting mindset and ability to solve underlying customer problems.
Preferred experience with GPU scheduling, model-serving runtimes, MLOps tooling, LLM APIs, vector databases, semantic search, Apache Kafka, Chef, Ansible, mainframe environments, or hybrid-cloud patterns.
Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKAD, AWS Solutions Architect, or HashiCorp Vault certifications are preferred.
Prior consultancy or client-facing delivery experience is preferred.
