Responsibilities
- Execute and scale the transition to a microfrontend architecture across a large codebase.
- Partner with and mentor engineers across 8+ product teams by providing platform tools and shared capabilities.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows across web engineering.
- Evaluate and design architectures using modern web technologies and frameworks.
- Configure, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency and developer velocity.
- Establish automated testing standards and promote code quality across the platform.
- Build shared utilities, infrastructure libraries, and architectural patterns in collaboration with the Design System team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience in frontend or platform web development.
- Expertise with modern web technologies including React, TypeScript, Webpack, and Vite.
- Experience building complex single-page applications and designing or implementing microfrontend architectures.
- Experience configuring, optimizing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Strong experience establishing automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
- Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted development and integrating AI into engineering workflows.
- Degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field of study.
