Responsibilities
- Understand requirements and software design needs and convert client requirements into feasible solutions.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot queries, and recommend performance improvements.
- Support software installation, modification, deployment, monitoring, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, reports, project specifications, status updates, and implementation documentation.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, stakeholders, and customers.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, collect feedback, and support customer-focused delivery.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn programming languages and current best practices.

- Ability to develop and maintain software, evaluate operational feasibility, and resolve defects or performance issues.
