Responsibilities
- Design and implement offline data architectures for large-scale recommendation systems.
- Build flexible, scalable, stable, and high-performance storage and computing systems.
- Troubleshoot production systems and implement mechanisms and tools that improve operational stability.
- Develop distributed storage and computing systems for massive data and large-scale business workloads.
- Optimize online services, offline data flows, system performance, bottlenecks, and infrastructure costs.
- Apply data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract insights from large datasets.
- Visualize, interpret, and report data findings, including through dynamic data reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with big data frameworks including Hadoop, Hive, Flink, FlinkSQL, Spark, Kafka, HBase, Redis, RocksDB, and ElasticSearch.
- Familiarity with Java, C++, and other programming languages.
- Strong coding and troubleshooting abilities.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and tackling complex problems without obvious solutions.
- Petabyte-scale data processing experience is preferred.
