Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to financial services clients.
- Lead and guide technical teams during the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to define requirements and scope.
- Provide technical guidance and support from project planning and design through deployment and post-implementation support.
- Identify opportunities to use new Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 features to enhance solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Customer Insight, and Dynamics 365.
- Ability to lead technical teams and provide guidance across the full project lifecycle.
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and scope.
- Experience delivering solutions for the financial services industry is relevant to the role.
