Responsibilities
- Develop and foster relationships with customers across multiple disciplines, divisions, and regions.
- Provide process change expertise and guidance to customers.
- Blueprint work processes and design customer-centric asset-management solutions.
- Engage internal stakeholders to deliver customer projects.
- Coordinate with other business divisions to ensure sustainable solution delivery and long-term engagements.
- Support continuous improvement of ARMS software implementation processes.
Requirements
- Experience applying reliability methods and techniques in a relevant industry.
- Experience managing process-level changes.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- IT aptitude with the ability to analyze complex data, handle data, and adapt to new systems and platforms.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP and Ariba.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
