Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications aligned with business processes and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to execute work.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Lead process-improvement efforts to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and delivery timelines.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks to timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience translating business process requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and custom application engineering best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable solutions.
