Responsibilities

Own customer and business problems end-to-end from idea through production.
Build and deploy full-stack features across mobile and web applications.
Deliver features with incomplete specifications and minimal guidance.
Collaborate directly with product, design, data, and engineering teams in small autonomous teams.
Use AI agents for specifications, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration.
Improve the internal agent network and development workflows.
Move across the technology stack as needed and focus on user and business outcomes.

At least 5 years of development experience building real products, systems, tools, startups, side projects, or meaningful features.
Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI-native tools or applications with measurable successful adoption.
Proven experience building full-stack features across frontend and backend for mobile or web applications.
Comfort operating autonomously with minimal guidance and without initial acceptance criteria.
Strong product mindset focused on problems, outcomes, and impact rather than tickets or tasks.
