Responsibilities
- Develop and thoroughly test customer requirements using object-oriented Java programming.
- Manage client relationships and support successful delivery of programs or accounts.
- Participate in agile development activities including daily scrum, pair sessions, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Perform configuration, testing, release management, test-driven development, code refactoring, and profiling.
- Implement policies related to security, network usage, and disaster recovery.
- Travel to client locations as required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of IT software development experience in a professional Java SE or Spring environment.
- The posting also states 6–8 years of IT software development experience as a success metric.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, JUnit, Angular, Eclipse RCP, HTML5, Mockito, RESTful web services, and Linux.
- Experience with Apache ActiveMQ, Hibernate, JavaScript, Spring Boot, JMS, XML, JSON, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with RTC Jazz, SVN, Git, GitLab, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
- Experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Knowledge of enterprise security and PSIM, including access control, intrusion, perimeter detection, video, and fire systems.
- Preferred education of B.E., B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, or M.Sc.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills and a passion for Java programming, technology, and problem solving.
