Responsibilities
- Develop and support D365 Finance and Operations solutions.
- Develop and support SSRS reporting solutions.
- Participate in design, development, testing, and support activities for prioritized requests.
- Perform hands-on coding and deliver assigned technical tasks.
- Manage code, development environments, builds, deployments, and code branches.
- Ensure work items are developed and tested according to acceptance criteria.
- Create and implement automated test scripts where applicable.
- Plan, test, and execute platform and software upgrades.
- Work with vendors, external solution providers, and ISVs.
- Promote awareness and understanding of the D365 platform as a product and solution evangelist.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- Strong technical background with hands-on software development and D365 Finance and Operations experience.
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives from concept through delivery across the application lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of cloud technologies, PaaS, IaaS, ASE, Power BI, D365 Enterprise Operations, and Azure SQL.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, code management techniques, deployment strategies, and system upgrade management.
- Experience working with vendors, external solution providers, and ISVs.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum projects.
