Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement intelligent search systems with ML personalization.
- Contribute to scalable serving systems for ML and GenAI/LLM models.
- Develop platform features for streamlining ML model deployment.
- Ensure data security and compliance with regulations.
- Establish data governance and testing frameworks.
- Deliver production data products through continuous integration.
- Collaborate with peers to enhance system reliability and data quality.
- Motivate junior engineers on best practices and design patterns.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in core programming languages like Python or Java.
- 1+ years of experience with vector search and embedding-based retrieval systems.
- 1+ years of experience with typeahead/autocomplete systems.
- 1+ years of experience deploying ML and GenAI/LLM models.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like Scikit-learn and TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS or GCP.
- 4+ years of experience in software architecture design.
- Strong understanding of data structures and distributed computing.
- 3+ years of technical leadership experience.
- Experience with relevant tools like Spark, Kafka, or Airflow.
