Responsibilities
- Lead software implementation projects for pharmaceutical companies and emerging biotechs.
- Lead solution design and deployment strategy for the Veeva Vault Regulatory suite, including Registrations, Submissions, Submissions Archive, and Publishing.
- Lead configuration requirements workshops; design, prototype, configure, and document content solutions.
- Manage program and project activities, including resource planning and leadership of cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the primary customer liaison between project teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor project team members and consultants to improve consulting skills.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience performing system implementations for life sciences or healthcare companies as a consultant, business representative, or IT representative.
- In-depth knowledge of drug development processes, regulatory submissions, labeling, submission publishing, and/or viewing systems.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, communicate effectively, lead teams through difficult decisions, and negotiate compromises.
- Technical ability and willingness to design, configure, and implement a regulatory information management solution.
- Expertise in life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and travel as required.
- Preferred experience with Veeva Vault, regulatory information management, submission publishing, enterprise content, CRM, HR, ERP, and related systems.
- Preferred consulting experience with a major system integrator or software vendor, PMP certification, Agile and/or ACP certification, SaaS/cloud experience, and fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
