Base Salary
$114k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design client solutions based on business requirements and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Lead business process discussions, requirements gathering, functional analysis, and solution design decisions.
- Produce functional documentation and help define project functional requirements and timelines.
- Provide functional support including solution configuration, knowledge transfer, operations consulting, troubleshooting, system testing, and quality/design review.
- Engage directly with customers to understand processes, integrations, data flows, and business needs.
- Manage customer escalations, support stabilization, and guide root cause analysis to reduce recurring incidents.
- Provide enterprise-level knowledge across Merchandise Operations and the broader supply chain application suite.
- Coordinate with Technical Architects and other parties to fulfill data requirements and resolve issues.
- Contribute to process improvement, organizational initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience implementing, designing, or testing Merchandise Operations or a similar solution.
- Required in-depth knowledge of merchandising software solutions and data models.
- Knowledge of supply chain management business processes.
- Experience understanding and integrating data across supply chain and merchandising applications.
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems, client/server technology, ERP systems, integration, cloud, middleware technologies, and applications.
- SQL Plus skills with the ability to analyze Merchandise Operations data in depth.
- Basic knowledge of customer support, preferably in supply chain execution or third-party logistics.
