Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary OT technical subject matter expert for Armis Centrix in industrial environments.
- Lead technical investigations and escalations involving architecture, passive monitoring, asset visibility, protocol decoding, network segmentation, scalability, integrations, data quality, and operational workflows.
- Review customer environments and recommend scalable, resilient OT architectures, sensor placement, monitoring strategies, and asset-discovery approaches.
- Advise customers on asset discovery, lifecycle management, network segmentation, risk management, security posture, process monitoring, and compliance.
- Partner with Technical Customer Success Managers on architecture reviews, health assessments, workshops, and strategic engagements.
- Mentor internal teams and develop reusable architectural guidance, implementation frameworks, troubleshooting playbooks, documentation, and best practices.
- Represent customer needs to Product Management and Engineering and help influence roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in Operational Technology, Industrial Control Systems, or critical infrastructure environments.
- Expertise with OT asset visibility platforms such as Armis, Claroty, Nozomi, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience designing, reviewing, and optimizing enterprise or industrial OT architectures.
- Strong understanding of industrial networking, passive monitoring architectures, OT communication protocols, and SPAN/TAP/packet acquisition strategies.
- Deep knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, DCS, and manufacturing or utilities environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges, lead investigations and escalations, identify root causes, and develop scalable solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage technical teams and executive stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Experience with asset discovery, visibility, lifecycle management, inventory accuracy, contextualization, OT risk management, vulnerability prioritization, network segmentation, configuration integrity, and security posture improvement.
- Familiarity with IEC 62443, ISA-95, Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture, and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Certifications such as GICSP, GRID, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, or OSCP are preferred.
- Experience with OT patch management and integrating OT visibility tools with SIEM, CMDB, or SOC workflows is preferred.
- Experience with RBVM or ICS vulnerability tracking using tools such as Qualys, Tenable.ot, or Rapid7 is preferred.
- Exposure to AppSec concepts and toolchains is optional for hybrid environments.
- Location in Spain is required.
