Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design sessions focused on AI Experience and ServiceNow Platform solutions.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable, scalable solution blueprints.
- Deliver technical deep-dive demonstrations and explain integration capabilities to customers.
- Develop proof of concepts and technical validation frameworks for assigned customers.
- Assess customer technical environments, integration requirements, scalability needs, and implementation constraints.
- Collaborate with Solution Consultants, specialists, sales, product teams, and enterprise architects.
- Create reusable assets, reference architectures, and industry patterns.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in AI architecture, workflow automation, and integration frameworks.
- Ability to design and build end-to-end solutions with scalability, performance, and rapid implementation in mind.
- Deep technical mastery of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including its data model, flows, Integration Hub, scripting, UI frameworks, and security model.
- Ability to establish technical credibility, influence customer architectural direction, and build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple technical workstreams and drive proof of concepts and design sessions to completion.
- At least 7 years of experience in architecture or pre-sales engineering roles.
