Base Salary
$88k - $146k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a customer-facing technical subject matter expert for Turnitin’s Integrity and Assessment products.
- Lead or support customer meetings, product overviews, tailored demonstrations, workflow discussions, and business cases.
- Resolve technical product inquiries and advise on technical, integration, and product-related RFP/RFI questions.
- Build value-focused presentations and deal strategies that align product capabilities with customer pain points.
- Manage client trials, pilots, and proofs of concept with clear evaluation criteria and successful outcomes.
- Conduct technical discovery with customer stakeholders, gather requirements, document future-state workflows, and support integrations.
- Synthesize customer feedback, competitive insights, and feature requests for Product, Marketing, and leadership teams.
- Contribute to mentorship, best-practice sharing, product launches, and the growth of the global Solutions Engineering organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, technical pre-sales, or technical consulting in EdTech or enterprise SaaS.
- Strong consultative selling and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to executive, academic, and technical audiences.
- Proven experience managing technical evaluations, proofs of concept, RFP responses, and complex sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer workflows, gather requirements, address complex integrations, and support change management.
- Experience with LMS platforms, LTI standards, and REST APIs is preferred.
- Ability to regularly adjust schedules across global time zones.
